Arson arrest in last week’s balcony fire

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – ABC 36 reported last week on a balcony fire that took place on Camelot Drive.

Lexington Police now say that 21-year-old Kyla Kepcha started that fire intentionally.

Police say she set trash on fire on a balcony at Abigail Gardens Apartments last Wednesday.

Kepcha is now charged with arson.

She is set to appear in court Monday.
