Arrests made in hotel robbery

Court documents say 28-year-old Kristin Welte held up the Sleep Inn on Plaudit Place Friday.

Police say Welte pulled out a firearm and robbed the clerk.

35-year-old Michael Rayburn was also arrested.

Court documents say he drove Welte from the scene after the robbery.

Both are also accused of shoplifting at a Walmart just a few hours before the Sleep Inn robbery.
