Arrest Warrant Out For Wounded Burglary Suspect
Police said he was shot in the arm during a burglary attempt at a home on Broadway early Wednesday morning.
Police said Tony Gross, who is related to Howard, was shot in the leg during the reported burglary attempt.
Police said the two suspected intruders were shot by an 18-year old who told investigators he was protecting his grandmother’s house.
The teen was not charged. Investigators said it would be up to a Clark County Grand Jury to decide if any charges would be filed against him.
Police said Tony and Howard Gross were found wounded on Blair Avenue after the reported burglary attempt.
They were taken to U.K. Hospital. Tony Gross is still in the hospital. Police said he’ll be taken to jail after he’s released.
Investigators said Tony and Howard Gross know the family they’re accused of trying to burglarize.
