Arrest made in Lexington robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – An arrest is made in a robbery at a Lexington home earlier this month.

Court documents say 31-year-old Michael Renfro was taken into custody on Monday and charged with robbery.

Police say Renfro robbed a woman at knifepoint at a home on June 4.

The victim was standing on the front porch of a home on Summerhill Drive when a man with a bandana over his face approached, grabbed her by the arm, placed a knife to her throat and demanded money.

She threw money and her cell phone on the ground and ran inside.

Court documents say a family member later identified Renfro as the suspect.
