Arrest Made In Connection To Lexington Shooting
An arrest has been made in connection to a recent shooting in Lexington.
It happened on the afternoon of August 27 on Hawkins Avenue.
According to court documents, Michael Ross told police he was waiting for a friend in his vehicle.
That’s when he said a man he had known for several years as “G-Co” pulled his car up beside him and started shooting.
Ross was hit in his side and drove himself to the hospital.
Court documents say Ross later identified “G-Co” as Gordon Carsby, Jr., 27.
He was arrested yesterday and charged with first degree assault and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
