Arraignment for Lexington murder suspect today

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — A suspect in a Lexington murder case is due in court today for an arraignment.

According to court documents, 27-year-old Aramis Murray is scheduled for an arraignment at noon on Thursday.

Police accuse him of the murder of Jason Lemer Smith on Corral Street on April 22nd.

Police say an argument turned violent and led to the shooting.
