App Helps Track Stolen IPad
A man’s iPad helped lead police right to the person they said stole it.
Lexington police said a couple got home Saturday, noticed a man in their backyard and confronted him. He then took off.
They went inside and realized an iPhone and iPad were missing.
The victims activated an app that tracked the iPad.
Police said that led them to Anthony Taylor, 52.
According to court documents, when Taylor opened his door, he was holding the stolen iPad.
Police arrested him and charged him with burglary.
