UPDATE: Another arrest in Harlan County shooting

HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- State Police say another person has been arrested in the shooting that happened in the parking lot of Cawood Elementary School in December 2018.

KSP says 18-year-old Gordon Fultz was arrested after being served an arrest warrant.

Fultz is charged with attempted murder, along with other charges.
