Anonymous tip link created for Savannah Spurlock

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Friends and family of missing Richmond mother, Savannah Spurlock have started an anonymous tip link.

The link started on the Facebook page called “Missing Savannah.”

The page says it got the idea through the missing persons cases network.

It’s asking people to leave legitimate and fact based tips.
