Anita Madden dead at 85

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- According to Ruth Ann Childers, of Baptist Health Lexington, well-known socialite Anita Madden has died at the age of 85.

Childers says Madden was in declining health, and was a patient with Baptist Health Lexington before being sent to the Willows, the nursing home at Hamburg, where she died tonight around 7:30.

She died with her husband Preston and son Patrick at her side. She also had two grandchildren.
