Anderson Co. Superintendent: Everyone Okay After School Bus Collision
An Anderson County school bus was involved in a collision Tuesday on US 127.
That’s according to the Anderson News.
Anderson County Schools Superintendent Sheila Mitchell told the paper that there were two students on the bus, along with a chaperone and the driver.
She said no one was hurt.
Mitchell told the paper that the bus was on a preschool route for pickup when a semi reportedly tried to go around it and made contact with the bus.
She said EMS workers checked everyone out as a precaution.
