All-clear call after bomb threat made to Temple Adath Israel in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — A Lexington Jewish Temple on Sunday received a bomb threat, the same day as two synagogues in Louisville.

A member of Temple Adath Israel was sent the threat to their personal email around 9:45 a.m. Sunday.

Lexington police took the K-9 unit and determined there was no bomb.

Similar emails were sent to synagogues in Louisville.

Temple Adath Israel is the oldest Jewish congregation in Lexington, according to its website.
