Airline begins non-stop service between Lexington and Houston
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Allegiant begins a new nonstop route Thursday from Blue Grass Airport to William P. Hobby Airport in Houston, Texas.
To celebrate, the company is offering one-way fares on the new route as low as $33 with some restrictions
“We are excited to offer Lexington residents Allegiant’s brand of convenient, nonstop service to Houston,” said Drew Wells, senior vice president of revenue and planning. “As vacation travel re-emerges, locals will love having an affordable option to bring them to all the events and attractions that Houston has to offer – without the hassle of connections or layovers.”
The new route will operate twice weekly. Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found at Allegiant.com.
Allegiant offers an option to Lexington-area travelers with low base fares and savings on rental cars and hotels. Travelers can book their entire vacation with Allegiant.
On the introductory one-way fares, seats and dates are limited and fares are not available on all flights. Flights must be purchased by June 5, 2021, for travel by Aug. 15, 2021.
