Adoption & Vaccination Event – Woodstock Animal Foundation

Anita Spreitzer and Matt Regan drop by the studio with Buster and Layla, a cat and dog (respectively,) looking for their forever homes, and tell Meteorologist Eric Burke about some upcoming adoption and vaccination events.  Adoptions will be held March 4th at the PetSmart in Hamburg Pavilion from 11-6.  The vaccination clinic will be held on March 5th from 12-4, also at the PetSmart.

For over 17 years, Woodstock Animal Foundation, Inc. has operated the Woodstock Spay and Neuter Clinic in Lexington, KY. In addition to providing high quality, low cost spay and neuter services they also offer full service veterinary care by appointment Monday through Friday, hold Vaccination/Wellness Clinics the 1st Sunday of each month, and operate mobile programs in various counties around the state. The organization is dedicated to the humane treatment of all animals and to the ever demanding job of decreasing pet overpopulation. Every alteration helps to decrease the number of pets euthanized daily in shelters throughout Kentucky. Help by spaying and neutering your pets and know a big difference is being made because of you!

The Woodstock Animal Foundation, Inc. is committed to helping serve any county in the state of Kentucky that asks for help. We have foster care families in many counties and even other states. We believe there is a home for every pet. The challenge is to keep them safe and healthy until the right match can be found. Your financial support, your volunteer support, your foster care support and your willingness to enroll others to spay and neuter their pets all add up to helping reach the goal of “no more homeless pets.”
