Additional COVID-19 vaccination clinics scheduled in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The public will have several opportunities to get a COVID-19 vaccination in Lexington, according to Mayor Linda Gorton.
According to a tweet shared by Mayor Gorton, Centro de San Juan Diego will offer vaccinations at the facility at 1389 Alexandria Drive. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be given on May 15 and May 22 from 10 A.M. to 1 P.M. Mayor Gorton said the single-dose shot is, “in collaboration with Bluegrass Community Health Center.”
On May 16, Mayor Gorton said the first dose of Pfizer will be offered in collaboration with Wild Health. The vaccine will be given from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.
The vaccinations are open to the public and free, according to Mayor Gorton. 
“Thanks to all of our partners who are helping us get our city vaccinated! #LexDoThis,” tweeted Mayor Gorton.
