Accused robber arrested at home, a block away from crime scene
LOUISA, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man accused of robbing a business at gunpoint was arrested at his home less than a block away in Lawrence County, according to Kentucky State Police.
Investigators say the Case Mart in Louisa was robbed Monday night. Investigators say employees gave a suspect description and security camera video of the armed robbery.
Through investigation and witness statements, the suspect was identified as 48-year old Donald Adams, Jr., of Louisa, according to KSP.
A search warrant was obtained for his home, where he was arrested and taken to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center, according to State Police.
