Accident Closes Stretch Of I-64 In Carter County

The Kentucky Department of Highways reports a crash has closed the eastbound lanes of Interstate 64 in Carter County at the KY 1704 underpass at mile marker 158.

All eastbound I-64 traffic is being detoured at Exit 156 along KY 2 to U.S. 60 east to return to I-64 at Exit 161.

Westbound traffic is currently unaffected.
