A record breaking Olympic games for Kentucky Athletics
11 Kentucky Wildcats Earn 13 Medals

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW)- For the first time in school history, 11 Kentucky athletes took home 13 medals at an Olympic games.
Among them, nine gold medals were won by a current or former student-athlete at Kentucky. The same number of medals were contributed by American Wildcats to Team USA’s total count.
