Victim identified in deadly Madison County crash

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police are investigating a collision that left a Richmond man dead on I-75 in Madison County. Investigators say 27-year old Joshua T. Thompson rear-ended a tractor trailer that had slowed for traffic in the northbound lane of I-75 near mile marker 82 late Tuesday night.

Thompson was pronounced dead at Baptist Health Hospital in Richmond, according to KSP.

The deadly collision is still under investigation by State Police.
