Preseason expectations mean nothing to EKU

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – EKU kicks off the season Saturday, September 3rd at Purdue.  No one has the Colonels winning that one on the road.

Eastern is picked to be in the mix for the Ohio Valley Conference title as usual.

But, who cares?

None of the talk before a game is played means anything to first year head coach Mark Elder in the Richmond.

Hear from Elder in the video.
