Students Pay Tribute To KY Teacher Killed In Plane Crash
A southern Kentucky high school paid tribute to a teacher killed in a plane crash in Florida.
Michael Anders was a Spanish teacher at Clinton County High School.
Investigators said the plane he was piloting was heading from Florida to Knoxville, Tennessee when it crashed into a house Friday.
Two other people on board were also killed.
According to air traffic controllers, they were told the engine was shaky and there was smoke visible before the crash.
People at Clinton County High School remembered Anders Monday as a special, unforgettable person.
They said Anders loved to cook Mexican food for students in his Spanish class.
Funeral arrangement for Anders are pending.
