LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – All Fayette County Public Schools will be closed on Friday, January 7, 2022, due to hazardous road and sidewalk conditions, as well as forecasts calling for below zero temperatures.
All afternoon and evening activities are cancelled.
Fayette County was among dozens of schools calling off classes on Thursday due to the weather forecast. Some school systems were using Non-Traditional Instruction (NTI) days and learning virtually, while others canceled classes entirely.
