Winchester PD looking for suspect in trailer theft

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Winchester Police Department is asking for help from the public in identifying a suspect in a recent theft.

Officers are asking if anyone can recognize the suspect or the vehicle in the above picture.

Police say the man is a suspect in the theft of a trailer from Clark Co. Community Services.
