WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester is celebrating the first baby of 2022. Blakelyn Reba was born at 11:02 a.m. to Tracy Terry and Josh Fountain. Fountain and Kathy Terry, Tracy’s sister, were with the mother for the birth.
