Versailles bakery to bring 100’s of jobs

VERSAILLES, Ky. (WTVQ) –  If you have a sweet tooth, there’s good news in the Commonwealth – a new bakery is coming to Versailles.

A company called “More than a Bakery” is building a new facility.

The project will cost $57 million dollars, and is expected to bring in 310 new jobs.

“More than a Bakery” will make cookies, crackers, and other baked goods.

The 300,000 square foot facility will go up at the corner of Big Sink Road and Fieldview Drive.

It’s expected to open by the end of 2017.
