Golden Alert issued for Lexington woman

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington police say a Golden Alert was issued Friday for a missing woman.

They say 63-year-old Peggy Coleman was last seen around 4:30p.m. leaving a home on Lake Park Road.

Police say she could be driving a maroon Chevrolet H-H-R with Kentucky license plate 443 MXV out of Whitley County. They say she was supposed to drive back to her home on Arbor Station Way but never arrived.

Officers say Coleman suffers from both Alzheimer’s and Dementia and is in need of medication. Anyone who sees her is asked to call Lexington police.
