Boil water advisory issued for parts of Lincoln County

LINCOLN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The McKinney Water District in Lincoln County says it has issued a boil water advisory for some of its customers.

In a statement it says, “The Neals Creek Area, Hwy 27, Fairgrounds Rd, Hwy 1247, Maywood Rd, and any roads leading off of these, are on a Boil Water Advisory until further notice.”

The water district says the advisory was issued after a supplier had a main leak.  It says the notice will affect about 475 customers.
