Search For Arson Suspect

A warrant is out for a second arson suspect in a Winchester house fire.

Kenneth Payton was found dead following that house fire last month.

An initial autopsy report shows that he was murdered before that fire was set.

Police arrested one man, Aaron Spencer, and charged him with arson.

According to the Winchester Sun, during a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, investigators revealed that Spencer, Payton, Payton’s live-in girlfriend Pamela Cantor and her son Brandon Guy were drinking when there was an argument and Payton was assaulted.

The Winchester Sun said police are now searching for Brandon Guy.

He is expected to be charged with arson.

Cantor has also been arrested on an outstanding warrant unrelated to the fire.

No word on whether murder charges will be filed.
