Police looking for 2 suspects after Lexington bank robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police are working a bank robbery at the Community Trust Bank on Pasadena Drive.

Officers say they responded to a robbery call at the bank just before 11:00 a.m.  According to police, two men entered the bank.  One of them, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, carried a canvas bag, while the other wore a gray hooded sweatshirt and displayed a gun, according to investigators.

Police say the two men, who are described as “relatively young” and thin, ordered a teller to place money in the bag.  When the got the case, the men drove off in a gray Nissan Maxima parked nearby, according to officers.
