UPDATE: Arrest made in Knox County murder

KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- State police say they’ve made an arrest in a Knox County murder investigation.

They say 46-year-old Richard Wayne Brown of Flat Lick shot and killed Shane Mills Wednesday inside his home on Trace Branch Road.

According to state police, Brown confessed to the murder. Investigators are trying to figure out what led to the shooting.
