UPDATE: New details in Montgomery Co. bus driver’s DUI charge
JEFFERSONVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – More details are emerging about a Montgomery Co. school bus driver arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
59-year-old Brian Fletcher of Jeffersonville was arrested last Wednesday.
School offfcials say according to the arrest citation, Fletcher had a blood alcohol level of .068 the day he was arrested.
They say it is illegal to drive a commercial vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .04 or higher.
School officials say Fletcher was arrested before the afternoon bus run at Camargo Elementary.
They say Fletcher is currently suspended.

A Montgomery Co. school bus driver is accused of driving under the influence.
The school system says, after becoming aware of some concern about 59-year-old Brian Fletcher of Jeffersonville. it started an investigation.
They say that led to Fletcher’s arrest on Wednesday.
