Shots fired on Shropshire Avenue in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say someone in a white passenger car fired shots at a pedestrian in broad daylight Monday. Investigators say it happened around 7:00 p.m. on Shropshire Avenue. Police say after the shots were fired the car took off and the person who was shot at, left in a silver car.

Police say no property was damaged by bullets. Investigators checked with local hospitals all evening to see if anyone showed up suffering from a gunshot wound, but as of this writing, no one had come to any emergency room.
