FBI: Woman who plotted shooting of UK grad in Texas, arrested in Mexico

MEXICO CITY, Mexico. (WTVQ)-A woman who made the FBI Most Wanted list this week for her alleged role in the killing of a UK grad and Texas dentist was arrested in Mexico.

Police say 33-year-old Brenda Delgado was the “mastermind” behind Dr. Kendra Hatcher’s killing. Hatcher was found shot to death in the parking garage of her Dallas apartment in September.

Delgado is accused of plotting Hatcher’s murder after, they say, Hatcher started dating Delgado’s ex-boyfriend.

Delgado now faces capital murder charges. She’s only the ninth woman since the 1950s to be added to the FBI Most Wanted list.
