Police investigate robbery at Sir Pizza

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police are trying to determine if a robber struck for the second time in Lexington.

Police say Sir Pizza on New Circle Road was robbed just after 11:30 p.m. Thursday.

They say the robber came into the restaurant, implied he had a gun, grabbed money from the register and took off.

Police say there are similarities between the suspect in this robbery and a robbery at the Shell Station on Russell Cave Road Wednesday night.

However, they can’t say if it is the same person.
