LPD: Driver who flipped car likely faces DUI charge

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police say a driver who flipped her car Wednesday morning in Lexington will likely face DUI charges.

The driver was going down New Circle Road near Harrodsburg Road when her car went into a ditch and flipped just before 2:30 p.m.

Both the driver and her passenger were taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
