Fire breaks out at Jenny Wiley State Resort Park

PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) –  Fire crews battled a late-night fire that broke out at a state park late Tuesday evening.

Firefighters say they were called to the Jenny Wiley State Resort Park in Floyd Co. around 9:55 p.m.

They say the fire broke out at the May Lodge.

That lodge contains 49 rooms.

The fire was put out just before midnight.

No one was injured.

The cause of the fire is under investigation
