Update: Golden Alert Cancelled After Versailles Man Is Found Safe

But happily one did Wednesday afternoon.

62-year-old Dennis Wilson was found at Upper and High Streets around 3:30pm.

He disappeared Tuesday in Versailles.

ABC 36 was there Wednesday as Wilson was reunited with his family in Versailles.

His wife Patricia Wilson said her husband struggled with depression for 27 years and had been diagnosed with dementia.

She added that they started trying new medications in September and says, "This is the first time that he’s ever gone missing. And he’s probably washed out of all his meds and was very confused."

Lexington police say Wilson was still a little confused when they found him.

Police say they did not have to take him to the hospital.
