Sheriff: Wanton endangerment charge for mother dropping off child at school

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WTVQ) -The Warren Co. Sheriff says a Bowling Green woman was arrested after reports of reckless driving near Richardsville Elementary School on Richardsville Road.

According to the Sheriff, Leslie Miller, 31, was stopped as she was leaving the school.  A deputy determined that Miller was under the influence of narcotics.  Miller had just dropped off her 8-year-old child, according to the deputy.

Miller was charged with DUI, wanton endangerment, and possession.

She was taken to the Warren Co. Regional Jail.
