Lexington Police investigate 2nd Sunday morning shooting

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police are investigating a second shooting Sunday morning.

Police say they responded to the intersection of West Short and North Mill Street around 2:30 A.M.

When officers arrived, one man was suffering from a gunshot wound and was taken to the hospital.

Police say his condition is not known at this time

There are no suspects right now and the shooting is under investigation.

Police do believe the man was shot in the North Mill and Church Street area and walked to the intersection.

That intersection is the same area another shooting happened Saturday morning.
