Slide repair starts August 17 on KY 1527 in Knox County   

KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that a portion of KY 1527 (mile point 1.2) in Knox County will have intermittent road closures to through traffic beginning Tuesday, August 17 at 7 a.m., until Thursday, August 19 at 9 p.m.

The intermittent road closures are necessary for slide repair operations.

KYTC asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expect long delays, and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.

The date, time, and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
