Dog abandoned near death giving back to other dogs with new treat line
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Ethan, a dog dropped off in dire condition at the Kentucky Humane Society in January, is helping to give back to other shelter dogs.
When he was abandoned in the shelter parking lot, officials said he weighed less than half the weight a dog his size should be. After months, Ethan made a remarkable recovery, eventually finding a home with his foster family.
Ethan’s story went viral and he’s now using his stardom to give back. According to the Kentucky Humane Society, Ethan now has his own treat line called “Incredipet Ethan’s Choice Biscuits”. They’re $6.99 for a 16-ounce package and $3 from every purchase goes back to KHS to help other animals like Ethan.
The treats are available at Feeders Pets or online HERE.
Back in May, Busch Beer also named Ethan its’ Chief Tasting Officer.
