DUI arrest following rollover crash on I-64 that snarled traffic in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The driver of a grey Ford F-150 pickup truck has been arrested after that truck flipped traveling east on I-64 near the 87.9 mile marker in Fayette County.

According to the Lexington Police Department, authorities received a call about the accident around 5:10 p.m. The accident only involved the truck.

Officers arrested the driver under suspicion of DUI.

The accident backed-up traffic significantly in the area, including at the Haley Road Exit.

The interstate reopened after the accident debris was cleared.
