CHI Saint Joseph-London reinstates some visitor limits

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – As the coronavirus continues to increase across the state, CHI Saint Joseph Hospital-London is changing its visitation policy, reinstating some limits that were previously in place,

Starting Thursday, July 29, only one visitor per patient is allowed, the hospital said on its Facebook page. Also, only two designated visitors will be allowed in the women and baby unit, and no visitors are permitted in the emergency department unless requested by the health care provider.

As the number of COVID-19 cases in Kentucky begins to increase again, the hospital is following CDC safety guidelines and making this decision to help protect patients, employees, providers and visitors. it said in its statement.
