Police: Man faces life-threatening injuries after hit-and-run

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A car versus pedestrian accident in Lexington overnight Sunday leaves a man in the hospital, fighting for his life.

Police say it happened on Winchester Road and Hillcrest. They say whoever hit the man, took off afterward. They say he was taken to the hospital where he faces life-threatening injuries.
