Man charged with kidnapping, rape

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man will face a judge Wednesday on charges of kidnapping, rape and sexual abuse.

31-year-old Vincente Juarez is accused of kidnapping two people at gunpoint in Lexington Saturday with the intention of raping them.

According to court documents, he raped, sexually abused and sodomized one of the victims.

Documents say Juarez threatened to kill both victims while pointing a gun at them.
