4 arrested on meth charges in Madison Co.
RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Deputies with the Madison Co. Sheriff’s Office say a tip about possible drug activity led to four arrests on drug charges.
Deputies say they got the tip around 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, about suspicious activity at a home on Red Lick Road.
Investigators say when they arrived a man ran away from the home, but was quickly apprehended. Deputies say further investigation at the home revealed 3 one-step meth labs, along with drug paraphernalia. Madison Co. Sheriff Mike Coyle says 49-year-old David Satterfield, 25-year-old Jimmy Helton, 50-year-old Bobby Willis, and 40-year-old Elizabeth Cook were all charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
The case remains under investigation.
