Heroin trafficking arrest in Danville

DANVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington man is arrested in Boyle Co., accused of trafficking heroin in front of his kids.

Deputies say 29-year-old Eric Adkins was picked up at the Super 8 hotel in Danville.  Deputies say they found heroin packaged for sale inside a hotel bible, along with money and other items used in the sale of narcotics.

They say his kids, ages 11 and 6, were in the room.
