Baptist Corbin taking vaccines into the field…literally

CORBIN, Ky. (WTVQ) – Baptist Health Corbin is taking COVID vaccines into the field…literally.

From 1-1:30 p.m. Saturday, Baptist Health Corbin and FEMA are offering vaccines at the Corbin High School baseball park when Somerset visits Corbin for an afternoon baseball game.

It’s part of a broad effort by state and federal health and emergency management teams to make vaccines as convenient as possible in communities — large and small — across the state.

Baptist Health Corbin also is giving the vaccine at The Corbin Center on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Walk ins are welcome.
