Frankfort Police make arrest in November shooting

Frankfort, Ky (WTVQ) -On Thursday, Frankfort Police served an arrest warrant on 34-year-old Carlos Moore of Frankfort in connection with the shooting that occurred on November 22nd at the University Lodge on East Main Street in Frankfort. The warrant had been issued out of Franklin District Court for the following charges Assault 1^st Degree, Wanton Endangerment 1^st Degree, and Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon.

At the time of Moore’s arrest officers found a handgun tucked into the waistband of his pants garnering him with the additional charges of Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon and Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon.
