Reward offered in Bath Co. theft

MOREHEAD, Co. (WTVQ) – A photo taken from a surveillance camera is all police have to go on in a robbery case, and now they’re asking the public for help.

State troopers say the above photo shows a masked thief walking through the Sharpsburg Country Food Store, just before stealing cash from the main office.

Store management is now offering a $1,000 dollar cash reward for information leading to an arrest of the person.

Anyone who has any information about the theft is asked to contact Kentucky State Police.
